Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges



Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are welcome to return any item that  you are not satisfied. (Swimwear is excluded.) Items returned must be in their unused (new) condition with the original packing. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received, and should include original packaging and tags.We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, dirty, washed or altered in any way. All returned items have to be in resalable (new) condition. 

All swimwear cannot be returned.

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

1. Please fill in the Return Request Form then click submit button.

2. Fill in the return form came with your original order.

3. Nicely pack your items and include the form in step 2

4. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to:

5. Please remember to email us your return proof, such as: tracking number, copy of your shipping receipt.

 Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping costs. 

Refunds Policy

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days after we receive your returned package. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
