How many photos do I have to send?

One clear front view picture is required and you can upload up to 3 additional photos to show side profile or any other features such as hairstyles etc.

Can I make additional requests?

If you have any special requests on the order, feel free to write them down on the “Note” box in the product page and we will get back to you as soon as possible or send us an email to [email protected].

How Can I Pay For My Order?

My-mee has got your back! We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, our artists receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.

Can I Exchange an item?

Due to the personalisation process when producing a bobblehead, we are unable to process exchanges.

What are the dimensions of the bobbleheads?

Our bobbleheads are 16-18cm high and 7cm wide.

How long does it take to process, ship and receive a custom bobblehead order?

We need 2-5 business days to make a bobblehead. Your Bobblehead will then be handed to the freight company. 

You can expect to receive your bobblehead within 5-7 days in the UK.

For worldwide shipping, delivery can be expected within 10 days.​

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made bobblehead products, we are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Each product takes an extraordinary amount of time by skilled craftsmen, therefore all sales are final.

Modeling, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. It is art, not science. Since all the modelling and painting work is done based on photographs, the quality of the photo provided is very important in achieving a good result. But even with a good photo, because of the subjectivity involved with the art of modelling and painting, some people may see a strong resemblance with the person, while others may not. With a good photo, however, we should be able to obtain a good resemblance with our specially-trained artists.

What if my bobblehead is broken when I receive it in the parcel?

We have a very low rate of breakage. Each bobblehead is carefully encased in bubble wrap and packed in a protected hard box. If you received a broken bobblehead, please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue within 48 hours of receiving it. We will then arrange a free replacement for you.

Image Format

The image used for realistic bobbleheads should be a clear, well lit picture of a full head facing front, with nothing obscuring the facial features. The film format of the image can be .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png or .tga.

IMAGE RESOLUTION

For the best results a 2k resolution is required for the pictures. 

Just remember, the better quality image the better the bobblehead.
